the most important thing to know about wine club is that we really love it when you pick up your wines on time :)



How does it work? When do I get my wine?

paradis Wine Club is a monthly wine subscription where we curate wine selections for you with some of our favorite bottles that we want to highlight and showcase. Each subscription comes with either 2 or 4 different wines that explore the reach and the range of the natural wine world, but folks are more than welcome to select more than one option for their monthly subscription. 

New members must sign up before the second to last Friday of the month in order to receive wines for that upcoming month. We will send you an invoice 2 weeks before wines are available for pick up, and you will have 5-7 days to pay your invoice in order to receive your wines for that month. We always release the wines on the first Sunday of the month, and wines are available to pick up throughout the month.

For example, if you sign up for wine club on October 14th, 2021, you will receive an invoice on October 17th,  and your wines will be available for pick up on November 7th.

Once you sign up, you will become a recurring member and will be automatically sent an invoice every month. If you’d like, you can choose to have your invoice auto-payed to secure your slot in the next month’s club by saving your card information so you don’t have to enter it every time. Your card will be auto charged 3 days after receiving the invoice if your card is saved on file.


What if I miss the cutt off? When will I get my wine?

If you sign up after the second to last Friday of the month (once the invoices are sent out to current members) you will be invoiced the following month and your wines will be available for pick up 2 weeks after that.

For example, if you sign up for wine club on October 18th, 2022, you will receive an invoice on November 22nd, and your wines will be available for pick up on December 5th.



What if I want my wines delivered?

Let us know! We don’t offer delivery as of now, but can consider to make an exception if you live reasonably closeby to the North Miami area.

PBB Wine Club is only available locally, no shipping!



How do I learn about the wines I receive?

With each wine club selection, we send out a wine club newsletter with detailed tasting notes and producer info about each wine, and we also include highlights about some of the wines featured in past clubs in our general newsletter. We also host wine tastings every first Sunday of the month featuring a few of the wines from both options of wine club, but get there early because the wines will be in limited availability!



Can I give someone a PBB wine club membership as a gift?

Yes! When you fill out the form, be sure to fill out the gift recipient’s contact information, and your card information so we will charge you and not them. Once the subscription is complete, shoot us an email at hello@pbb.cafe to let us know that it is a gift


I really loved one of the wines from wine club! Can I buy another one?

Sometimes! Email us to inquire about bottles that you loved so much that you can't live without them, and we will do our best to source it for you if we don’t have any on hand. 



I forgot to pick up my wine club! Can you hold onto my bottles for me?

Yes but not for too long! Life happens and we understand if you’re running late for your wine club pick up. We’re happy to hold onto your wines for you, but given that we are a small space with limited capacity, we can hold onto your wines for up to 3 months before they are released. Please shoot us an email at hello@pbb.cafe to let us know if you are running late and we will do our best to hold them for you. 



I signed up after the cut off but I saw the wines online and this month’s wines look amazing! Can I buy one?


Sometimes! Email us to see if we have a few extra bottles lying around from the current wine club, or past clubs!



I want to pause or cancel my membership. How do I do this?

Just email us! If you’d like to pause, please be specific about the duration so we don’t flood your inbox every month asking you if you want to resume your membership. When you are ready to start your membership again, please let us know by the 3rd Friday of the month so you can hop back in and receive your invoice for payment for the next month’s wines.

However, after 3 months of cancelled invoices, we will cancel your membership in order to free a spot for another person.


If you’ve signed up for auto-renewal, we will charge your card 3 days after the monthly invoice has been sent, so if you would like to cancel, please let us know within that window of time.
